
Yoga For Better Health and Well-Being
Yoga is a traditional practice that exercise the body and purify the mind. Yoga For Better Health and Well-Being is an 8-hour workshop designed for effective personal development. With or without yoga previous experience, the attendees will learn the basic yoga theory and practice for self care and healthy behavior change. We meet every Tuesday evening from 6 to 8 p.m. for 4 weeks. Through this 4 week workshop, the attendees will practice entry level gentle yoga, experience energy medicine, learn yoga theory and principles. Through interactive group exercises, new learning is reinforced by building positive self-image and using appreciative affirmations.
