Letting Go The Person You Used To Be is a 16-hour training workshop focus on self development through mindfulness. Letting go of the old self is an essential part of becoming the true self. Stepping away from the normal routine helps to gain an objective that we are unable to see while in the situation or fixed view. Through the practice of mindfulness, attendees will be able to see and think with more clarity. We meet on Monday evening from 6 to 8 p.m. for eight (8) weeks. Attendees will be asked to fully committed to their intended results and to maximize the benefits of attending this workshop.
